Atlanta - 2025 Amp Building Class
Join us November 1st and 2nd in Atlanta, GA for two days of hands on education.
We will be building a 5E3 Tweed Deluxe 1x12 combo. We will start with understanding the history of the Deluxe amplifier. Then we will spend a large portion of time understanding the basics of how tube amps work, the parts they are made of and techniques for building great sounding, reliable amplifiers. This is not a paint by numbers class. You will learn SO much about everything tube amp related.
All tools and materials are included. Each attendee will have a complete workstation with soldering iron, multimeter, screwdrivers, etc.
This class is designed for those that have little to no experience building amps. Let us share with you the nearly 20 years of experience building world class amplifiers!
This build will not be your typical 5E3 amp. We will be using top level transformers, capacitors, resistors, wire and hardware. Also, we will cover how to mod this amp to make it unique to your playing style. This class is limited to 6. Keeping the class small will allow us to offer personal assistance to each of the attendees.
Cost for this class is $2500.
