We offer two types of each of our cabinets because different types of cabs are necessary for different types of players.

The OS cabinets have a greater low-mid presence than standard cabinets, while standard cabinets possess more natural compression due to the smaller enclosure.

Yes! When selecting the speakers you want in your cabinet before checkout, you may notice that you can only select one type of speaker for 2x12 and 4x12 cabinets.

If you'd like to order a 2x12, 2x12 Vertical, 2x12 OS, or 2x12 OS Vertical Wave cabinet with different speakers or a combination of a stock speaker and an upgrade speaker, we can definitely do that.

Yes! We can easily build any of our cabinets with a baffle for 10" speakers. Upon adding a cabinet to your cart, you'll be prompted to fill out an "options" form where you can select to have a baffle cut for 10" speakers rather than 12". If selecting this option, please make sure that you have selected "unloaded" for your speaker option. We do not currently offer 10" speakers that you can buy direct, but if you would like your cabinet to be shipped loaded, please contact us and we will figure out the best solution for you.

We are happy to add any speaker you'd like to a cabinet or amplifier. The offerings on our website are simply what we regularly carry. Please contact us if you would like a speaker other than what is found in our options so we can figure out the best solution for you.

If something arrives damaged we will offer to send you a new one or repair the unit that was delivered. Custom ordered products (any Port City product that features a custom color, size or feature) are not eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please place your order using a physical street address.

Yes you can! We are located in Swannanoa, NC, just outside of Asheville.

Simply select "local pickup" in the checkout window under Shipping Options and contact us to schedule a date and time.

At times our suppliers may be out of an item and a substitution will need to be made. In these cases we aim to find items that maintain the durability and sound you have come to expect from us.

We would be more than happy to have you stop by. We do request that you contact us at least 7 days prior to the date you would like to visit so that we can schedule your time into our calendar.
