Refund policy

If something arrives damaged we will offer to send you a new one or repair the unit that was delivered. Custom-ordered products (any Port City product that features a custom color, size or feature) are not eligible for a refund.

If you unhappy with your Port City product for any reason please let us know and we will try our best to resolve any issues so that you are satisfied.
