Port City is proud to announce its first bass amp the “Orleans”. This hand wired, 100 watt tube amp presents an option that is flexible, reliable and useable for the modern bassist. In addition to the normal Treble, Middle and Bass tone controls associated with vintage amps the Orleans has two 3-way switches that provide extra tone shaping in the low and middle frequencies. The Orleans also has a bright switch. The result is an unexpectedly powerful and musical tool for bass players of all types. The Orleans is suitable for rock, vintage, funk, slap, modern, jazz and beyond. It pairs perfectly with the Port City Bass Wave cabinets that will soon be released.

The Port City Orleans is handmade in North Carolina using only the highest quality components such as Mojo Dijon capacitors, carbon film resistors, custom USA made transformers, PVC coated copper wire and Switchcraft jacks. The Orleans head enclosure is crafted from ¼” inch finger jointed solid pine.
